I use it for work and it works perfectly. I have used Splashtop in the past but having to pay for it monthly to access it outside of my network isn't great especially when Free personal use TeamViewer used to exist for me. I need something that I can use with my phone too and has similar functionality. The only way yo reactivate my account is to summit a form that asks for a home address and signature and will take 5 days to be reviewed, to make it worse pressing submit does nothing. I'm literally only using it to access my PC and headless NAS from my from phone or laptop and to help family with their pc issues. As of today I have had my account deactivated while I was trying to help grandparents with their PC issues.Īpparently it was automatically detected that I am using TeamViewer in a commercial environment and I need to but a license to continue to use it.
